My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and cozy but noisy due to street traffic. Some areas needed attention like the skirting boards and shower grouting. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, plus a great breakfast. The location was convenient, although the entrance near the pub lacked charm. Dining was a letdown with inedible food. Overall, a decent option with ups and downs.

The hotel offers small and basic rooms but you definitely get more than what you pay for. The rooms are perfect – clean, tidy, and come with plenty of tea and coffee. On the downside, the rooms are pretty basic and dated, but they are big and very clean.

The hotel is ideally located in the center of Llandudno, close to restaurants, shops, and the sea, making it a great base for exploring the area. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, but there are some room amenities that could be improved. The dining experience is enjoyable, but additional charges for some items may affect the overall value for money.
